Payment

In the diagram below you can find information about the different types of application, along with corresponding costs and processing time. These have been implemented as of 1 January 2017.

It is not possible to derive any rights from the processing terms specified above. 

* VAT is partly applicable for these costs. We do not know in advance whether SBB or Nuffic will give the advice.
If SBB gives the advice you will have the VAT returned, within 4 weeks after the date of issuing the advice.
Nuffic must hand over VAT. You can request a definite invoice with their VAT-number from Nuffic after you receive the evaluation product.

If your application is closed the paid costs, minus an administration fee of € 53,-, will be refunded.


When do you not have to pay for a credential evaluation?

• If you participate in an inburgeringstraject.
• If you want to enrol in a regular educational programme, the educational institution can apply for a free credential or educational programme evaluation on your behalf at SBB or Nuffic.


Will you receive an invoice?

The IcDW does not issue invoices. After your application has been registered, you will receive a written registration conformation. You can request a definite invoice with their VAT-number from Nuffic after you receive the evaluation product. 


How do you make a payment?

You can make your payment through bank transfer.

Note: It is possible that a foreign bank may charge additional costs in an international payment. These costs are to be paid by the applicant. During transaction, please select ‘Our cost’ (OUR) and not ‘Shared cost’ (SHA). You can check with your bank whether this is possible.
